Mirova’s Return Policy

To ensure that every outfit meets customer satisfaction, customers are given a one week period to inform the company of a return. Items returned will be exchanged in the form of credit, which can be used to add on another article of the same classification. Returns must be invoiced at (661) 588-8601 within the one week period to be considered for a refund, followed by pictures of the clothing and a detailed description of why the item was returned. The clothing returned must have no distinguishable damage, along with the tag intact.

 

Customers must fill out a form of return upon request. If their ticket is accepted, a $5 fee will be charged for the shipping cost of returns. Note that credit and/or charge may take time to follow through due to the processing and travel time.

 

Defective clothing (e.g. shrunken clothes) can be returned within a two week period. Defective clothing items will be rewarded with partial credit, which can be used for a minor discount on [your] next purchase, or can be accumulated to add on another item on the next purchase, as displayed previously. At Mirova, we are committed to sustainability, which is why all defective clothing, regardless of severity, is thoughtfully recycled into raw materials rather than discarded.

 

It is advised that customers take images before items are shipped off to ensure that no damage was done to the clothing during its return. If an item is returned but is deemed as tampered and/or damaged, the item may be eligible to be marked as a damaged article. This may result in less store credit received by the customer. If this were to occur, Mirova would inform the customer of the situation and work with the customer to ensure that there is no confusion.

 

Reminder that there are no refunds accepted by Mirova. Returns can only ever yield in store credit or minor discounts. If any issues or questions are to arise, please contact Mirova immediately. Failure to cancel a subscription before 2 business days will result in a charge without refunds. Confirmations will be sent out a week before the order would be processed to ensure customers avoid an unwanted charge.
